What if the product doesn’t arrive?
We guarantee that your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.  

Delivery Failure Scenarios:
The package is lost, broken or stolen before it reaches you will re-send the goods or issue a refund. In practice such cases are very rare when using courier services – perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments. Please note that confirmation of such cases can take some time, so you also have the option of placing a new order at your own expense while the original shipment is investigated, and waiting for compensation from us.

An airmail package has not arrived after a long time will give a full refund after the delivery deadline has expired. In the rare event of this occurring we will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package. This will be 10 to 30 days, depending on the region. A multi-part delivery arrives missing some items or packages
If this happens you must immediately raise the issue with the courier or delivery company. When we obtain the correct documentary proof through the courier company’s reporting process, will re-send the goods or give you a refund.

Items in the shipment arrive in a damaged condition
In the search for a scenario, you must immediately raise the issue with the delivery company. If you follow the correct declaration process and we provide proof that these items are damaged, will be able to send replacement products or a refund. If you do not immediately follow the mail notification procedure, and therefore ran no adequate documentation is available to prove the products have arrived damaged, we will offer advice on a case-by-case basis to find out if you can return the goods To China for replacement or refund,.

A shipment is delayed, turned back or seized by customs
If the customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mis-handling by, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved.
