Warranty & Return
All items sold by Best Sale Online are covered by the following warranties:
30 day money back warranty
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Please note that
the shipping fee is not refunded.
2. If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 30 day period for a refund. In this case, we will charge a 15% nominal restocking
and handling fee. We also do not refund the shipping fee.
Notice: Refunds are only available within a period of 30 days after you receive the product.
3 month exchange warranty
If a product doesn't work, you can send it back to us to exchange provided it is within three months of the purchase date. As the buyer, you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees for resending the item to you.
One year manufacturers' warranty
If the item is more than 3 months old, buyers can still send them back for repair. In this case, the buyer pays all the shipping fees, both to and from Best Sale Online.
This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before the item is returned for repair. If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. (For example, the screen for a cellphone might cost $20 to $30, and the motherboard for a cellphone $15 to $25).
Other special product warranty
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.
Some kinds of products because of the own nature, they can’t be repaired or reused, such as: watches, flashlights, phone and ipad accessories, cosmetics, ornaments. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you received for an exchange or store credit only if received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
Most items covered by the Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as per our Return Policy.
In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyer must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to us. Whether you are requesting a refund, repair or exchange, you must send the item back before we can take action and proceed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately.
1. Please write a note with your Best Sale Online order number or PayPal transaction ID so that we can find your order details.
2. If you send us any defective items that were purchased from vendors other than Best Sale Online, we will be unable to provide any after sales service, and we will additionally charge a handling fee as well as a shipping fee in order to return these items to you.
How do I return items to www.discount-store.ch ?
If you wish to return a product back to us, you will need to first contact us for the return instructions since we'll need to confirm what the problem is. Please contact our customer service department by submitting a help ticket on support.www.discount-store.ch and don't forget to include the order number and specific details of the problem.
If we agree to accept your returned item(s), please make sure you write a note in English with your www.discount-store.ch order number or PayPal transaction ID so that we can locate your order information. This is very important and customers should together with us on this.
